Today’s last delivery was at a place near a major intersection with a railroad crossing in close proximity, with maybe 70’ between the right lane of the northbound side of the highway and track.
I’m coming north up a side road and spot a fiasco in progress as I was pulling in.
A couple of idiots stopped on the railroad track for the traffic light, WITH A TRAIN COMING SOUTH, and the train had to stop and wait for said idiots to move.
Fortunately it wasn’t a very long train, maybe a dozen cars, and they travel slow through there, but that could’ve ended tragically.exhausted379, hope not dumb twucker, Feedman and 12 others Thank this. -
