3406e Cranks Cranks but no start

Well you can use a fitting but if you can just eliminate one hose that would be easier

 

If all fails, I would do the starting fluid(ether) slightly to see if it fires up.

 

Use the older line if possible

 

Bleed at the pump and all the injectors

 

Squirt some in the intake air cleaner as you turn the key if your by yourself. Just small squirts at a time. Squirt at your in risk though. There’s a bolt by the hand pump you can remove and put fuel in it. I can’t remember the exact place since I haven’t had my CAT for awhile. Maybe @wore out tell you. I’m thinking your hand pump is shot. Been there.

 

It’s an E totally different

 

Read this and check to see if you have the valve.

To prime the engine, you will need to close the valve. If you do not, air will get back into the system and it will feel like the hand primer does not work."

 

You said you put check valves on it. Did pressure regulating valve have an oring on it?…..are you sure cause new valve doesn’t come with it gotta buy it separately
