A Cummins fanatic I know called them a Big Cam V, I have never seen 1 that I know of, but big ag equipment around here was rare. I've driven some as old as 93 and those were electronically controlled.
Only pre electronic Cummins I drove briefly was a 350 in a COE International. Have driven lots of newer ones. -

I'm going to take a BC3 cummins. Do all my mikes, block, heads. Put N14 heads on her. Ports are bigger on BC3, so port the intake and exhsust. Use the N14 cam, mike the cam bearings, bore if necessary. Use mechanical pump, and rail. Mecanical injectors. You'll have bigger crank, bigger cam, large ports, higher lift valves, dual turbo. She'll run strong I think. Now what I'll do is set down with all my dimensions, draw it on paper. Then go for it.
Hogleg and jamespmack Thank this. -

I have an 89 k100 with a mechanical n14 but it has been messed with and now has the top stop injectors and running a Cpl of 1211 idk if it’s right I’m getting bent injector push tubes now and can’t figure out how the hell to do an outer base overhead to work without it bending them
