Take the clamp off the back side of the cooler, where the airflow exits to the egr valve.. you should be able to see some coolant that way but if its demandated and has no air flow then maybe not...
Most likely it is head or head gasket .. its a cummins thats what they do, im dealing with the same problem

Update:
First i have to thank to everyone for trying to help and solve this issue. Today i did the pressure test on the coolant, i did 14 psi not sure if that was enough but i think it did the job because i finally found the mysterious leak.
Main leak was coming from the small plastic splitter that goes into the heater core. In 45 min i lost 2 psi from 14 to 12.Attached Files:
