If I had my CDL since 2016, do I still need ELDT for hazmat endorsement(Texas)?

Yes, Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) is required for a Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement if you are obtaining the endorsement for the first time on or after February 7, 2022. This applies to individuals seeking the Hazmat endorsement for the first time, even if they already hold a CDL.

Yep. Had my license since 1997, had hazmat in the past, had to do ELDT earlier this year to get hazmat again.
