    This is something that really can affect a trucker. When I get on a long airplane flight, the flight attendants pre-flight spiel includes a warning about this. They suggest that you get up every couple hours and walk around to prevent this. Not to many trucking companies care enough about driver health to at least warn their drivers about the possibility of DVT.

    I read French maritime pine bark extract and nattokinase are good for blood flow .

    My dad had this when he was in his late 50's. We actually delivered furniture for a living together. He was having severe back pain and finally went to the doctor. They admitted him to intensive care right away. It's a miracle it didnt travel to his lungs. The doctor had never seen it this bad. His lowered body was covered in blood clots. He was healthy, it runs in the family. My sister and cousin have it.
