Loading in baytown to drop at the tulsa yard and once i slid the axles up a little, i knew something was off. Scaled it and drives was 27180 but trl was 39680. Back to shipper for a rework.

A few changes coming in the coming months, don’t want to let the cat out of the bag. Most drivers should like what they are proposing, of course some won’t.

Freight and over capacity in the market were brought up as per usual. Expect much of the same on that front for the remainder of the year.

Took a few tries to get this Nestle load out of Crete right. First time the air gauge has been way off for me.
She was a little nose heavy.

Delivered in Albuquerque had two bits of excitement, the guy ahead of me was at the wrong place and only spoke Spanish, the guard could understand him mostly but can’t speak the language. My attempt at learning Spanish was a failure and forty years ago so I was as useful as **** on a boar, meanwhile Transflo decided it needed a break so I had to fire up Geotab. Next load was paper rolls from a place near Prewitt, NM. Shut down and realized the ELD was missing 40 miles. It had all my drive time just not all the miles. Spent about 20 minutes on the phone with Nick while we tried to find the right virgin chicken to sacrifice to make it work. Finally he found the correct innocent chicken and it was back to working as well as it ever does.
Delivered to a box place in Denver which was ….interesting. The lowlight there was they rolled the bills up and stuck them in the door so they fell out when I pulled out, so I spent a few minutes hunting for them before finding them on the ground (the scrap paper and trash everywhere made the Easter egg hunt extra fun).
Picked up a load of Pallets for Crete in Henderson, they had 2 empties but hadn’t loaded them yet so I had to live load.
Took that up then had to horse around with my loaded trailer to get it right. I’m heading to Mt Juliet Monday morning. I have less than an hour on my 70 and am only getting 7-8 hours a day back for the next few days so I am resetting now and will take off unpleasantly early Monday morning to deliver this load.

No doubt. I bet I know one of them too. I have met this same driver in the Drivers Lounge in Fremont like three times and each time he is moaning and groaning about everything. Must be a miserable life. I know I vent occasionally but dang, when I experienced him I try more actively to try not to come off that way. Ugh.

I guess Trump’s EO about finally enforcing the rule about fluently speaking English to have a CDL hasn’t fully kicked in yet. Well, we are halfway to the end of the year so I guess that’s the good news.

    stay safe

Not necessarily! Fcc is a good company...but it’s a driver smoocher company some driver's don't fit in to the click there. I know that for a fact I worked there three different times in 7.5 they kept hiring me because I was a good driver..but couldn't stand the click.....your turn?

So why not try and help before you roast someone else.....huh
