Keep in mind with CT local job, you’ll be backing up to businesses all day, with no assistance, off of busy roads, blind side, you name it, not saying you’re not capable of the task but understand what you’re signing up for if they consider you. Having lived in Tallahassee for 3 years myself, college season is a mad house in town.

I was gonna suggest getting on with a LTL carrier as a dock worker with the stain on your record. Then they’ll let you transfer to driving once you’re hired and work there for a lil bit. Dock worker pays more then a lot of OTR positions and really isn’t that physical cause it’s all forklift. Get hired at a premium LTL carrier as a dock worker then transfer to become a driver then you’re set. It’s easier to get hired on as a dock worker.Albertaflatbed and nextgentrucker Thank this. -
