Prime Rib Fridays used to be a fairly big and highly anticipated event until the Traeger came into our lives and now we only get out once every couple months and usually it’s to a mom/pop Italian joint

 

Ribeye and don’t trim all the fat. The fat is the best part. Could be why my cholesterol is high. But idgaf we all gonna die someday

 

There's a steakhouse here call Bon Rico. The petite cut is 16 oz and the country cut is a 32 oz. Salad, french onion soup, baked potato. And a dessert.

Nobody I know can finish it in one sitting.

 

One of the times I stopped at the Big Texan in Amarillo, I tried the "test" challenge, which was the 36 oz. with the addition of the side of Shrimp C o c k tail. I finished the meal, but barely, so I know for me, the big challenge was definitely not going to be in my future.

 

Definitely should’ve gotten a third

Mama tossed this on the supper plate last time I was home. Didn't get an actual weight on it but it had to be push'n 26-28oz?

Know that ain't as big as the 32oz you speak of, but I'd give er' hell.

Win or lose, seems like a win either way!
