OMG>>>> Two more loads lost because of HIGHWAY today... We have been verified since February and suddenly today, we have to rescan our DL and Mugshot?? Now we "don't match" because he got a freaking haircut!!!!!!
Why are we letting this company run our lives??? Because the companies have been bamboozled by them?? UGH!!
We can't be alone.... I know more of us have to hava had issues with them....

And the why? You jumped through all their hoops. Why did you?TheLoadOut and Cleduskenworth Thank this. -
Run, not ruin…. So many companies use them to vet us.
And do you just not take loads for places that use them then? We try not to, but where our driver was, the options were limited and we were just trying to get him home. Usually when they say they’re with highway we tell them never mind.. this company was local to where we live so we thought we’d give it a try.. nope… highway glitched, and wouldn’t verify us.. once they finally reset it so that it didn’t make us re-verify, the broker was like oh we got those covered..TheLoadOut Thanks this. -
I may or may not have been working for this one broker that handled one of my favorite regular receiver’s accounts. Since the “freight recession” this broker may have found a carrier to do it cheaper for the past few years. This broker may have posted one of these loads on the load board earlier this month for close to the same rate I was doing for a decade ago and……I may have called the said broker, certain that I could book this load and……they have since last I hauled for them, went the way of the HIGHWAY.
I told them in no uncertain terms to pound sand!
I may or may have not just landed a new direct account with their old customer!Trucker61016, D.Tibbitt, 01HFT and 3 others Thank this.
