Since when it is a crime to drive your truck into a lake?
buddyd157, Deere hunter and Walk Among Us Thank this. -
Reading between the lines, this seems like a case of HE drove the COMPANYS truck into the lake....intentionally. The fact he was taken in for medical evaluation and the company had to call about the truck supports itDeere hunter, Bean Jr., PacoTaco and 1 other person Thank this.

Mental evaluation probably.

I'm guessing leaking diesel into a lake may just be that crime.gentleroger, mjd4277 and PacoTaco Thank this.

Criminal mischief of property, a felony given the value of the tractor most likely. The driver could be going to prison. Be careful how you leave a company, don't lose your temper, it could really cost you your freedom.
-
Not just diesel.
The oil in the engine, the coolant, the DEF, the differential fluid, power steering fluid and the windshield washer fluid. And that’s not including any backup supplies if there were any!
The state and local EPA aren’t going to be happy with the driver or the company!gentleroger and Bean Jr. Thank this. -
Looks like a PTL tractor.
-
With all those tires seems like it should have floated
RockinChair, hope not dumb twucker, Bean Jr. and 1 other person Thank this. -
If he had good caps on his tanks and the way the motor and everything is set up, he wouldn't have leaked enough crap in the water to fill a 5 gallon bucket
