Im gonna guess thats in Indiana. The lengths I go to to find out where a picture was taken!!!!!

Probably the same dude that took down that 16ft high bridge in lordsburg nm couple months back..

 

That was my first thought. Actually if you look REEEAAALLL close, I thought there was mountains in the background, turns out, the windshield of the picture taker is just dirty

Then I focused in on the license plates but its hard to tell...so I googled the E-Cash van there... after some digging, they are in Indiana. I think that picture is taken on I-65.... somewhere between the 140MM and the 220MM.

 

Helen Keller could tell you that's too high.

Look under the front bumper of the van. Them’s smokey bear wheels.
