Stacking charges is a really chicken$#@& thing to do, in most cases.

 

Hitting a well marked low bridge is stupidity on display every time.

 

And in some cases, it's absolutely fine.

 

Sure, because some people need to be taught a lesson. Namely, habitual offenders and/or those who bust an attitude.

 

Whose to say dude didn't bust an attitude?

If you plead they'll usually take off a bunch of charges. Wouldn't be surprised if they end up with a total of 3 convictions. They take off 11 of those tickets.
