How do I get in on this lawsuit? They’re currently f$)(ing me on rates and not paying FSC. Every load found on a loadboard that isn’t theirs miraculously they “don’t work with the broker” because you can see the posted rate which is MUCH higher than what they offer claiming the factoring company doesn’t work with the broker. I called both factoring company AND the broker confirmed they do on fact work together DAILY and “dispatch” wouldn’t book it. I’ve run 16,830 miles as of today in 6 weeks and only gotten a single check for $589. I have 30 years otr and previously had my own authority but had to sell everything while I was down recovering from multiple knee and ankle surgeries. I want my #### money because there’s no way in hell with $1220/wk in fixed overhead and $9200 in fuel expenses I should only have been paid $589! They can pay me or I know how to operate a backhoe and places that’ll never be searched for the pieces left behind. Midwest solutions, Nationwide Cargo all the foreign owned bs companies in ####cago should be shutdown by FMCSA. Not only are they stealing, they’re running “outlaw” and STILL not paying. When’s purge day happening cuz I got some #### to work out on these pricks.

his is a clear example of someone who knew from the beginning that EGO is a fraudulent business. EGO screwed many people , but you did not care because at the beginning they were paying you . So you did not care about others as long as you were getting paid , correct ?
This is the reason the trucking industry is what it is .because we the driver don’t care about no one and when this #### happens to you , you begging complaining. Crying, #####ing and blaming everyone else but yourselves.
When I say that we must take care of each other , we must help of each other because as long as you are the driver , we all driver are in the same boat , therefore we must take care of each other if we want to succeed .
