They have home kits now. You poop in plastic container and mail it back. It’s good for 3 years. You don’t have to do any special clean out like colonoscopy. Just poop and mail it back ha ha. If negative you good for 3 years if something showed up then you would need a colonoscopy. Most insurance will pay for home test kit.

Oh, oh, and I'm not pooping in a box, sorry. Change in bowel habits, well, there's a standard issue statement if I ever heard one, my bowel conditions change daily, depending on what "poison" I eat the previous day. I don't mean to "poo-poo" all your health posts, and any of the "other" changes" they mention, anemia, weight loss, confusion when typing,,,should be looked into, but to say a change in bowel habits may be cancer is a good way of pushing the panic button and will translate into millions for healthcare. Sorry, at 70, you can't convince me anything does anything and it's all a "crap" shoot anyway. Besides, these kind of famous people get sick, we don't know what kind of swanky Hollywood lifestyle they may have led. All it gets is an "aw" from fellow actors, possibly boosting their ratings, but I don't buy it. I'd take advice from just about anyone except from Hollywood.

Many Hollywood types are dying from cancer and they're not old and not over 70 yrs. old.
@201 Your immune system is probably strong because you survived living in Milwaukee.

Colonoscopy is the way to go. Is it a hassle? Yes. But it's the best way.

Colon cancer can be fixed if detected early from my understanding and if someone gets to the point they are having trouble. The cancer can be hard to beat or require a lot more surgery.

Pooping in box is a lot more easy in my opinion LoL

Cologuard, insurance paid for it. UPS drops box off at home. Then you call UPS and they pick it back up or drop it off at UPS location. They claim it’s 92% accurate and it has plastic container and a plastic thing that sit in toilet seat that hold the plastic container. If anyone is thinking they want to get checked it doesn’t get any simpler. I thought it was not till people get older. But they lower the age and to like 50 even 45 if family history.
