I have a 2019 Kenworth T680 and within the last couple of weeks it will get to about the cutoff and stop building air ... it will hold there as im driving doing the normal lowering as im using the brakes etc but I never hear the purge of air ... looking at the purge valve the unit is completely different form what youtube videos I see and when I look the part up I see something similar but mine has a bunch of different lines coming off of it where whar I find doesnt look like it would handle that amount of lines

any ideas on a fix or anyone know the actual part that I am needing ... this is what I have upload_2025-8-11_14-24-34.jpeg

Find and post the model # of the dryer.

That is a wabco system saver 1200 plus. Or "SS1200 plus" style air dryer.

This is the Wabco manual for the dryer and includes troubleshooting.

I looked all over and couldnt find a model number ... I tried ... took several pictures but the only numbers I see are like 25 33 and 26 33 which look like they have something to do with the air inlets

Go to the manual. The side your showing is on page 8. The opposite side with the air lines is on page 9. There is a 1200 and a 1200 plus. Page 10 tells you how to identify the dryer. The troubleshooting you need is on page 27.

there is a 1200 there is a 1200 plus and then there is a 1200 plus mcp - the mcp has all the extra air inlets and would be on the side I am showing ... the governor is on the opposite side
