Still learning, I see that the safer method right now is: Alternator --- 1 Normal --- DC to DC charger --- 3 Lithium
But im not sure if there will be enough cranking power or other problem.

Have to say, these Ionic Truck Batteries are great! They withstand colder temps and have many functions such as charging shutoff when fully charged and a heater built into to warm them up in cold weather too..

Yep, I love mine. Have had no problems at all with them. Only have two right now and will maybe add a third one later on.

If you have a APU I don't think it will work right for you. 1 Normal battery will not be enough to crank the truck over.

There are lot of Dual purpose lithium battery right now, with around 1200CCA, so thats not a problem.
    Problem is:
    1. people are concerned that lithium batteries will harm your alternator, when the lithium battery is fully charged it will directly cut off the input and cause a power surge to whole system.
    2. Lithium batteries charge too quickly, causing the alternator to work too hard.
    3. The alternator is not smart enough and will affect the battery life.

The method I gathered is to use, supercapacitor, DC to DC charger, delay switch etc.....

The easiest and most economical method I have found so far is to leave one lead acid battery and use smaller wires to connect the lithium battery, that will limit the charging current to the lithium battery. Since I know nothing about electrical , I am not sure if this will significantly affect the carking power.

I only know of three that are okay to use for cranking. This one I listed is by far the best and the most expensive one as well.
This battery will not hurt your alternator at all and is made for Semi Trucks. So no worries on that part for the truck.
Lithium batteries like these have BMS and will not over work the alternator. It will not pull anything more or less than needed to charge.
I have 2 of these batteries and have 4 other batteries that are AGM but are for my EPU. I have solar panel hooked up to the lithium batteries and I have the larger alternator I think was 320 but will have to go back and look. Upgraded it at factory for EPU set up but was all for AGM batteries at the time.
The Lithium batteries are hooked up normal and the EPU is hooked up normal as well.

If I was you I would do something like what @Arctic_fox has done with his system. He used AGM batteries and then added the Lithium not starting batteries to his system for APU. Doing it this way you would not have any problems with your Batteries draining and the app not starting up to recharge.
