I always belly wrapped strapped the 2nd tier to the bottom tier right in the center where they meet so you squeeze the top tier to the bottom tier, I’ve also tried chains which is easier if you have ratchet binders due to minimal space to work withNorth Pole Nightmare, D.Tibbitt and Diesel Dave Thank this.
