Watch for bad companies

Well.....I think he may have gotten the terminology mixed up. Usually the ads will say, "Up to $100,000". It is impossible to make 100k just by driving alone. You'll need recruitment bonuses and other bonuses and all sorts of accessory pay to get there. My best year ever on the road, I ran 153k miles. Only one driver ran more than me and he was at 170k. It was about 3 or 4 years ago, and I wasn't at the cpm that I am now. I grossed probably around 80k that year. Driving alone. 153k is a really good year. It was an anomaly and I havent been that close since. I average closer to 140k yearly. Many to most drivers are in the 120s for average miles yearly. All OP needs to do is some simple math. At 60 ish cpm, I fail to see where he thinks 100k is possible just driving alone. He'd need company that pays for every little thing he does. That may be the reason why the case keeps getting thrown out....the judges aren't ignorant.

Watch and See, I believe every word that you say when you speak of these companies in a negative way. Keep in mind that this Forum is very company friendly, while at the same time being worker hostile… even as most posts are written from actual workers themselves. Just scan through all the threads that have been posted by someone ‘spilling the beans’ in an effort to communicate any shady goings on by a company; the following responses are nearly unanimous in their attacks in response to anything said negatively about any company. Also note that all the push-back is written from all the same people saying the exact things… over and over again. These people are all disloyal traitors… not only to each other but to themselves as well.

 

So many of us are "disloyal traitors"? In what way? Care to elaborate?

Most drivers on here are not shills for the companies. More it's that they have zero tolerance for driver excuses. I personally cannot stand a lazy driver.
