There's a bunch of stretches you can do to prevent sciatica. The back straight shoulders back squat works best for me. And quit jumping down from stuff, It used be a problem for me when I was hauling hogs...

I'm not sure I'd disagree, but I know in 2021 I had a gout attack that wasn't just in my big toe, it was so severe it made me unable to walk for almost 2 weeks and that's when I finally found out just how high my Uric acid level was. Normal is about 6, I was over 10. Took about 2 months to recover so I could get one project around the house done. The anguish of that I'll never forget. I've had an acute attack of sciatica and it was no fun either, so it's a toss up which would be worse to suffer, but not suffering from either would be my vote.

 

Umm...no, 1982. But years get fuzzy as we get up in them.
