I've been driving dry van for 7 years and have been wanting to make the move to flatbed only to find that TFI has bought out so many of the flatbed companies that I've come across.

So far:

Tennessee steel haulers

Boyd Brothers

EW Wylie

Central Oregon Truck Co.

SPD per @mitrucker

They're all going to the same style trucks.

Are any of these guys okay to drive for? Any consensus about them all being owned by the same conglomerate?

Yea don’t go for cotc man unless you have flatbed experience you’re better off melton, maverick or even swift.
