Had a 7PM appt (dry grocery load). Got there at 5PM. Very helpful security personnel showed me everything I needed to know as it was my first time there.
Got a door at about 6, was done by 7:20. Unloading was prepaid, so that helped. But everyone I dealt with, right down to a lumper who directed me to where I needed to be once I got backed in, was considerate and pleasant.
I made sure to let the security people know on the way out, which they seemed to appreciate. Two thumbs up!

I don t mind going to the Kroger in Louisville. For the most part very friendly people. At least they are nice enough to let you through the gate and park in the lot, and wait to be called to a dock. I haul water in there all the time, and from the time I arrive to the time I m empty is usually less than a hour and a half.

I confirm the people at the docks were polite. However, I had a 6pm appt (showed up at 5) and didn't get unloaded till after 830. What I found unacceptable was having to leave my drivers license at the guard shack in exchange for a safety vest that smelled very strongly of underarm sweat. Absolutely disgusting. The guard explained to me that a couple of people have been killed at this facility.
