Obama to re-open Border to Mexican Trucks

Forgive my ignorance but does that mean they will be stopped from moving on the roads. ?

Our DOT guys here in England, from what Ive seen lately, have started targeting Eastern European trucks (our Mexican equivalent) on our roads. They sit waiting on the side of the road and escort them to inspection stations. Keep them there hours and prevent them moving until repairs are carried out etc
