Another Fatal U-Turn In Florida

Was it a legal U-Turn or illegal U-Turn?

 

I’m going to Monday morning quarterback here and blame the four wheeler. The truck was completing a legal U turn which would probably take 10 seconds or more giving the car plenty of time to slow down. I don’t see any skid marks from the car and he was in the left lane, probably speeding and not paying attention.

 

Wasn’t able to swing it around in one shot and it was dark at that time so 4 wheeler wouldn’t have seen it until it was too late.

 

I’ll try figuring it out later..at shipper now almost done loading.

Was a woman truck driver and FSP said she was blocking the road..probably got jammed up in is my guess.

speed limit varies though there 35-45 but could possibly be 55..don’t think it’s much more than that but I’ll check it out a little later.

Been through there countless times.
