Stay away from Stevens

I hear that there is plenty money out in the KLLM Expedited division. Teams are able to rack up $2500+ most weeksLonwolv54 Thanks this.

US Xpress? You must not wanna make money, fam. I'm not type that just to type that either. Stevens > US Xpress. US Xpress is just bottom of the barrel. Swift acquired Knight, then Knight acquired US Xpress, then US Xpress acquired Total and Variant... yet Total pays more than US Xpress. For anyone with over a year worth of experience to go to this company... you got a be desperate af. After a month out with them, it was clear that I wasn't going to make any $$$

This. My class at TransTech started with eleven students. We knew on day one that a third of them would not make it past the first week. One failed the drug screen, two did not pass the permit test, one did not complete the online modules. <Rolls Eyes>. By the time we got to testing, one had missed to much time and was rolled back a class. One failed the pre-trip test, the other failed the backing tests. Started with eleven, graduated four. One roll back, two awaiting retest. The rest just threw away $5k and a few weeks. One of the guys that passed is nineteen, going to be tough for him to find a job. Another you guy in the class is going to work for his dad's concrete company. The remaining two are going to TMC next Monday. We were told that the recruiter gets paid when a contract is signed, and again when a student shows at day one. No refunds. Seems a bit predatory. Applicants should be required to have a permit, health card and drug test prior to contracting with a school.tscottme Thanks this.
