The Truckers’ Report flatbed Hall of Shame.

Coil load almost looks like they’re just moving it around a yard with the containers in the background and all the dunnage just laying on the trailer. But it also has Mexico plates so who knows. The most interesting thing to me is two sets of landing gear under the trailer.

 

It’s a video, and looks like he’s driving around a truck stop. Can’t figure out how to post shorts…? And now I can’t find the video again. the guy is speaking in Spanish that took it….

 

I saw the video & it's at a port or container yard, not a truckstop.

 

30+ years ago they used to bring across a lot of those old junkie trucks from Mexico. One truck would load three of us. And all of them had two sets of landing gear so when they dolly them down they wouldn't sink, because they loaded them so dang heavy.

 

The way he put straps on the excavator look like he's actually going somewhere with it

 

Into a bridge, probably.

 

I wonder if they are playing tricks on the new guy, like sending the new kid on site to get a left handed paintbrush, or a bucket of steam

 

Well I can look at his face in the picture and see he knows he doesn't have a clue.
