Mystery oil leak N14 Cummins

Im pulling my hair out over this one. 94 international 9400, n14 cummins engine. last month or so ive been dealing with an oil leak somewhere from the front. its hitting the fan and blowing everywhere, but mainly on my lower crossmember. i clean it up, run a few days and theres the oil again. lower crossmember, under my ac compressor, side of steering fluid reservoir, my coolant hoses, under my water pump, belts, fan, FRONT side of pulleys, basically anywhere in the fans direction. 2 mechanics looked at it and neither can find it. when i turn it on to run it it doesnt drip anywhere, when i get loaded and run a few loads i can see the splashing starting when i park the truck and open the hood. replaced the oil cooler (thought it was leaking oil from my coolant hose) and oil pump (had its own small leak, but was old and changed it anyways). check the accessory drive area of the front cover and nothing, same with the crank pulley. nobody can see anything on the front cover leaking either. any ideas??

 

it's definitely engine oil, its a very dark color..Just like the dipstick.

I'll look into again tomorrow, I have a few loads to run in the morning. I can warm it up and run it up and down the road and nothing. I ran 2 loads yesterday and noticed the leak again when I got home...seems to show itself under load is what I'm guessing.

no oil in coolant...when I replaced the oil cooler I replaced with a new filter and new coolant..although the old coolant was super clean. if it was anything with the accessory drive it should be leaking directly behind the pulley, but it does not. I do notice under my water pump looks wet...but I don't think an oil leak has anything to do with the water pump.

at first, I noticed the driver side inside framerail was getting wet the most, under the ac compressor/steering fluid reservoir area, now its slinging it all down the whole front cross member and to the passenger side framerail.

 

put some dye and ran it for about 45 min...oil fill tube is the only spot I see leaking...which i already knew. Hopefully I can see something else after running loaded tomorrow...I'll post what I find!

 

getting close to that point..ran a dye 3 times and still dont see it when i use the dye light. kind of convinced that dye isnt even reaching the oil...
