Kinda depends on who makes the Logistics decisions for the customer. When you have someone at a location handling bids, it easier to make relationships and to show the value and service you offer vs just the cheapest carrier possible. When its someone thousand miles away you have never meant, sure they may just go with lowest number on the spreadsheet. A lot of shipper and receivers understand that on time service, no damage, and actually being able to get a hold of the company is worth it vs saving a couple cpm over a huge carrier.

 

Do you really think this white kid , republican , fan of President trump is destroying this industry and the country ? I will love to get educated . Let me hear it or read it .

Market is never getting better. Hearing that people make 50cpm on this forum and they think it’s an ok pay is what will never make it better.

 

I honestly believe that we , the truckers are the problem. The slavery mentality , lack of self esteem, lack of education, lack of knowledge, lack of selrespect , selfish and blindly greedy attitude is killing this industry, in fact it is killing America .
Pretty soon corporations will take over America. Last time I checked they already took over the executive, judicial and legislative branches.
