That's odd. I was still there after the pandemic an they were still giving raises. An I believe their adds still say no cap.

So true. I mean even if they took me up a penny or 2, it helps but it's not really a game changer. I tend to moreso look at the freight volume. The miles have been consistent for me so I'm not unhappy. I started here at 48 cpm. They kept me within the market so I won't complain. I've been on back to back to back eat cost runs with Sauer. No complaints on miles from me! They started me at .57 and increased to .58. We'll see what happens next year.bryan21384 Thanks this.
