And not too long ago a FIRE TRUCK went around the gates and got hit by a Brightline train-they’re still investigating that one!!
I know Brightline must be pissed off to no end,I’m sure they’re fed up with all of these morons trying to beat their trains!

 

Maybe people are looking at this wrong. Maybe it’s time these trains start going around the cars. lol. I’m being sarcastic.

 

Those trains only started running through Melbourne 2 years ago…September 2023

In Brevard County, Florida, going around a closed railroad crossing arm is a moving violation under Florida Statute 316.1575. A first offense results in a $500 fine or 25 hours of community service, plus 6 points on your driver's license. A second or subsequent violation increases the fine to $1,000, with another 6 points assessed against your license

 

Those trains don’t stop in Melbourne because it would take too much money away from the toll roads.

They fought over it for years, lol.

Chance to ease some of the congestion and they didn’t care.
