    Thanks. Yeah I know. Hoped it would get better. But no. Last night was my first at new job. Taking a little longer than I’d like to get the shifting down. Was in an auto for the last 3 years. Luckily I took the test in a 10 speed. Got humbled real quick lol.

    Recommend more protein to help with diabetes. Protein drinks seems to help. Supposed to help slow the sugar spike. And keep it more a gentle curve.
