I was at that time. Questioning mental state lol.

 

It was pretty sure my life flashed before my eyes. But held it dead center and backed it down let them pass. In an attempt to let them take each other out. Discretion better part of valor I figured.

 

Depends what you were doing before. I mean in the daylight could scream wtf jagermeister. Then 18 years later finish paying for that lol.

 

Well im sitting. I got a load. Text , keep texting an hour later no rate con. Wasted my time, so now it's refresh.

I have Type 2 diabetes and had an A1C at 12.1 in January of this year, that is unbelievably high A1C numbers. I change how I eat- No sugar, No bread, no pasta, no rice, and no potatoes. It goes without saying I’ve also given up alcohol. I still drink lots of coffee, but now it’s cold brew coffee with a scoop of whey protein, My other go to is Cherry Coca-Cola zero sugar, or Orange cream Coca-Cola zero, or Mountain Dew zero sugar, with a scoop of whey protein. I have a continuous blood glucose monitor and whenever I drink this stuff, it does not spike my blood sugar. AND… My current A1C Is down to 5.3 not bad after changing how I eat over the past nine months, Oh and I’m down 70 lbs. still a fat body but not at 365 lbs currently down to 295. Hope to be at 250 by December 10th 2025.
