One morning a little boy is cranking on a lawn mower. Preacher come by on a bicycle. Stops. Says , I need a lawn mower. Boy reply's; I was done, but run out of gas. They talk further and trade. After lunch; the boy is over in the preachers neighborhood, cruising his new bike.
Lo and behold, the preacher is dripping sweat and cranking on the mower. Spies the boy and calls to him. "How do you crank this thing?"
Boy says; Oh shoulda told you...,you may have to cuss it. Preacher allows he has not cussed since before Seminary, may have forgotten how.
Boy straddles bike; shoves on the pedal and calls back.. You just keep on pulling on that rope, and it will all come back to you.
Cuss it or keep on shifting, it'll come back...

Do you walk at all? I have the step counter on my phone I try to do 5k or close to 6k a day. Some days I don't. Normal just in and out of the truck is 2500.
