He says his not 1099 so is this good but his making payments on kenworth per week. I might ask his boss who he knows directly if they got company cause I don’t wanna lease a truck then after 500,000 miles switch it for new Kenworth or peterbilt

There are also Full Maintenance Leases where you pay the factory dealership weekly for the truck and service. This usually only happens if the trucking company or the Owner-Operator driver has massive good BUSINESS credit and plenty of verified steady business income. With all due respect, I'm not sure I understand what you re asking.
