At least QuikTrip is going to do the right thing and pay for the repairs. If the fuel hauler didn't deliver his fuel right, he's in big trouble!

 

The trucking company’s insurance will cover the damaged vehicles, the driver is probably looking for a new job.

Don't the underground tanks have color coded caps on each tank?

 

I had an old car get killed that way, it was circling the drain anyways. Ended up getting diesel from the regular gas tank. I made it 60 feet after start up. The fella worked on it for four days, it never lit again. He gave me 4 times the scrap value in cash, felt awful. I was pretty choked to be on foot, can’t expect the guy to put a new motor in a 9 year old car with 300000 km on it though. I ended getting a bartending job from that guy for the winter

 

Yes but I’ve been places where the lids are moved around.

 

My experience when hauling fuel was if there was any doubt as to what the tanks were we went inside to confirm and have them sign off before any fuel drop started
