You don't have to stop for the ones that say Exempt. I doubt all 6 he ran were exempt but you never know.

What's your goal, a job, global justice, reward money?
Drive your truck like a cop is in the passenger seat. You are hired to drive a truck safely, not fix the world.
The most important part of HazMat stops is you signal the stop early and slow GRADUALLY so nobody behind you is surprised by the stop.

True, but since the OP claims to have all the endorsements I’ll assume for the moment he or she is smart enough to know an exempt crossing upon seeing one.

Doesn’t just have to be exempt. Can be a switching track, a track in industrial areas with businesses on both sides for 300 ft. Can be a track controlled by a traffic light.

Please let us know what happens. Sooner or later he'll do that in front of cop, and that will be that.

The driving distracted thing is a huge red flag frfr. Get footage of the driver's behavior throughout the day. You never know when it might come handy in the future.
Also: which flavor twix did you get?

FYI I am a retired Electrical Engineer. Most EEs retire around 50 as too much stress engineering Nuclear Power Plants. Driving is easy and something I love to do. And yes I have been given my own truck and route after only 2 weeks.

Not to give too much info. I have a OTR dedicated route thru 3 states delivering oil and stuff to places like jiffy lube and car dealerships. Hard physical work but enjoyable. Driving is easy as I have a 42' toy hauler and a 40' livestock trailer. I pull triples with my toy hauler and Nitro ZV21 with a F350 dully long bed.
