That top pic, left side, 1/2 rounds. Rooting pretty well. Need to tighten up those on back right. Won't settle and root that loose....

Serious.. Y'all don't have enough sapling growth out there to cut some 4" + sized poles to put under bales?

(Says the man who grew up mowing, it curing it, raking it (twice if got wet), baling it, hauling to the barn, stacking in barn, unstacking a few bales down to feed, hauling 2 or 3 bales out to a feed shed in another field)

Y'all ever get to how to leave it in the windrows for'em to eat, call me....

We roll more hay than we can use. I’m bad to give some away to those that need it. Except for the large squares that go to Kentucky those folks buy all that they can get. Which I’m hoping to get 1 more cutting off of it this year. That field is off to itself though and way better kept than this mixed grass here.

I think them bales to the left their are either last years or year before I can’t remember for sure

Can confirm. Down here in South Texas round bales of coastal can easily fetch $60-$90 or more depending on how bad the drought gets, and alfalfa is even higher.
