Getting weird tire wear on one tire, rotated the tires and it did it on the new tire.
When I run my finger across the edge of where the weird wear is it’s like hills and valleys.
first axle inner passenger drive tire.
Leaf spring bushings replaced after finding it the weird wear
Air bags have about 300k
Shocks have 150k
Falken tires
2017 kw t680
Not seeing anything loose in the suspension area, not finding rub marks or paint missing. Alignment was done and still doing it and just did another after 6 months(the usual) and the shop is not sure.
what I’ve noticed is the wear is more noticeable when hauling sail boat fuel or under 10k
pulls a dry van.

What pressure are u running? Alot of times low pressure or mismatched pressure to the tire next to it will cause it to wear on inside like that.. seen it alot on trailers

Seems normal wear to me. You’re not going to get perfect wear down. FYI, insides wear out slightly more than the rest.

I tried to keep them between 110 to 115, 16 ply

yeah I’m only asking just to be on the safe side. I have had these tires for two years now. 150k miles but this started happening about 50 K miles ago

Normal wear once again.

Adjust the rh mirror so you can see that dual set while driving. Look to see if it is rolling true or not. Look for an oscillating wobble. A bent axle flange can cause that wear. Doesn’t take much of one. To have that wear only on that one and same position regardless of what tire is on it shows an anomaly on that one end.

thank you, that’s why I think it’s weird because it’s only one tire and after switching it still did it.Deezl Smoke Thanks this.
