So, now there will be 200,000 non licensed persons driving trucks. The states better increase the size of the parking lots at the scale houses to fit all of those O/S drivers.

It's going to take a while before seeing the effects kick in just like the ELP law now having Freight Brokers chase down English Speaking carriers both sides of the border. Things, are slowly improving for the better. The Canadian government needs to follow suit and follow through with similar things. However, it will shutdown the entire supply chain in Canada because there's probably 85% or more foreign born drivers on Canadian roads and highways.
