These seem to ne an incorrect opinion. These drivers all come from sand countries in south america or mideast.

Hardly ever a mention of the people from colder countries. Russia, Bosnia, Croatia, Ukraine etc..or even Canada.
Yet there are a tons of drivers from there. Plus they do much MORE damage by opening companies (the famous chicago 1099 companies) and brokerages.

Maybe be a little more concerned with the guy. Talking to his country man, in there launguage. How lazy and stupid americans are in.
Or running a company cheating you out of pay. Pushing you to run illegal by messing with the eld. While dispatching you from somewhere over seas
Or brokers screwing you on the rate.

(More concerned ) Than the guy wearing sandals, who washed his feet before praying. Or took a bottle of water into the bathroom stall.

South America has a sand country???

I may be wrong, but the only desert I know of is in Chili and I've never heard of a Chilian truck driver out there.

77fib77 and Mr Uturn Thank this.

You sir are correct, thank you for pointing that out.
I incorrectly used sand, in an attempt to be civil and politically correct.

The first thing you need to understand about this new enforcement approach is that those that are out there on the road now absolutely have not one interest in following any law or regulations. Zero! I’ve seen enough being out here on the road to know that that is absolutely the case. The only way Will be too literally physically remove them from the road and then remove them from the country or they’ll just come back and recycle under a different identity. They do not follow any laws, any safety regulations, any anything.

The biggest issue with trucking is that it’s all regulated by megas. Russians or Punjabis are barely 3%. On the other hand, Swift buys truck for 130k, small companies pay 170k. Swift pays chump change for insurance because they’re self insured. Smaller companies pay 1200 a month per truck… swift pays drivers $900 a week, smaller companies pay $1500 plus. Swift has old contracts which pay significantly more, smaller companies get worse rates….. unfortunately most truckers got their head buried deep in the sand in “southern America” so what they see on Facebook they believe it. But when it comes to numbers than 2+2=3

Maybe so, but Swift and all of the other megas combined haul less than 10% of the freight.

Don't also forget that majority of people who got their CDLs during last 4 years, use editable ELDs and drive 4-5k miles per week

Too bad the states issuing those licenses aren't being held responsible for the havoc left behind from some of the morons they issued the licenses to, including people who have been killed due to their negligence.
