They can try to blame the truck. Does CRE have dashcams in their trucks? If it shows the minivan pulling out in front of the truck then fuggedaboutit.

 

None of that matters in civil court one of those billboard lawyers….too many times the company settles even when they had no fault at all just cause it’s cheaper. All I’m saying is I would be very surprised if some Shyster lawyer doesn’t come knocking on the door with his hand out
