You have some issues driver maybe take a break from whatever is bothering you, rest,go touch grass.... I can say whatever i want about my job because its my own personal experience while still doing same job which obviously means i do comply ,where exactly did I mention that I dont? YOU driver are jumping to conclusion and what exactly gives you authority to be the judge of what somebody can do ? Your both past replies have same negative stance, you say one thing but obviously believe another because you act like knowing it all but then you say we all will learn to be better...what is it then ?. Thats exactly why my replies were like that . I will rest my case here , not gonna be involved in this particular conversation with you any further. Thanks

 

Oh so love how companies chosen to have most training as videos. Genox sent me like a dozen of them. Did see one thing for Airgas CGMP. Which I'm guessing it's that thing I did during Southern Pines orientation.

 

We have 3 in training and 2 pending and all is in person plant training.
Some videos but still done at the plant then approximately 6 weeks hands on training w another driver, who all BTW have more patience than me.

I've never ran into a third party that makes more than private. Not even owner ops

 

Like for example. Drivers for a mega like Swift pulling a Walmart trailer earns less than a actual Walmart driver.

 

I've done the math.
After 51 years in the business I know that near every job I've had pays more than the competitors.
Because I talk, ask around and pay attention.
Last O/O I talked with did about 20K more annually but that doesn't come close to including all the unpaid time he had to put in.

Matter of fact we currently have a Genox O/O who has seen how much better, easier and profitable a company posistion is and is in training as I post this.
Said his truck is paid off but doesn't know if he will put on a driver or sell.

He moved to MN from TX for this job!
Smart guy, cept fot those retractable running bords on his pick up, which he will regret this winter..lol
