The article said that her diet consisted of plenty, vegetables, fruits and three yogurts a day. I didn't see any amounts or liquids.

She gets her liquids from the fruits etc

My dog is on a raw meat and vegetables diet and only drinks a cup or so of water daily as his diet supplies liquids
