Now he looks too huggable man!!!! That McLane is a spot we see on the regular for sure! Though sometimes there's a smaller warehouse not far from the big one that we go to. It took no time at the smaller warehouse last time but the big warehouse will force a nap lol

I emptied this afternoon. Had already ran 350 miles to delivery. Was there three hours. Went ahead and stopped back here at Vicksburg. Getting my trailer tires rotated. I could push an get home late tonight but I'll probably just take a nap an get outta here in the morning. Only 4.5 hrs home. I'll be home before lunch. Leaving out again Tuesday.

You're near my neck of the woods there in Vicksburg, when you said 4.5 hrs from home, I briefly forgot you're lving near Texarkana now lol. It's about time for me to get back to Tennessee myself. I ordered some new glasses and it was long overdue. I'm trying progressive lenses.

Picked him up 6 years ago in Tampa, FL humane society when I was delivering a load. It had already been a year of driving for me and I wanted a dog on the truck so bad I went with my gut and checked the shelter. He was the last dog I looked at.. in a room by himself.. 20 kennels all alone in the dark. Patches of hair missing and stressed out of his mind, I knew he had to leave that place ASAP. He's been on the truck with me ever since! He really is the best guard dog when I'm OTR, always alert and the best snuggle buddy. Super hyper active and loves to play for his age, almost 12 now. Paperwork said he was living in a car and owner had to let him go. He adapted to the trucker life so fast

I had those for my last pair. They worked fine outside. After awhile though they kept taking forever to readjust once I came inside. This last time I just opted for regular lenses and a pair of prescription shades. Keep the case in my dash cubby an just switch out as needed.

That was actually what I was going to do, but I opted to just get 2 pairs of regular glasses because I like that price better. I got 2 different frames. What type of adjustment did it have to do once inside? Is it blurry for a period of time?

When it's cold the Transitions lenses (that's one brand, there are several. I guess the generic name is Photochromic) can be really slow to go from tinted to clear. That can be a problem in the winter or going into cold storage warehouses or reefer trailers. They vary from one pair to another. They get worse with age it seems like. I think my current pair is a different brand and it does alright (but they are just coming up on a year old).
Progressive bifocals just take some time to adapt to because you have to learn to put what you're trying to read in the right place and/or tilt your head and it can be uncomfortable at first. Some people can't adapt to them, my ex just has a separate pair of reading glasses because she could never get used to bifocals.

They just took awhile to correct to being inside. You could see fine but they stayed tinted for awhile. Took longer the older they got.
