Is that the original paint scheme/graphics that truck had when new? Always thought the old school paint schemes they put on trucks back in the day were cool as hell... To bad they dont do that no more. Everythings just one color. UGLY.

When I first bought it I thought for sure it was, as it definitely is a factory LTL9000 paint scheme. The clear coat was a sign it was possibly repainted as in 1986 I don’t think they were using clear coat yet, then I replaced the bezels for the lights on the sleeper corners and realized the stripe is off about a inch on each side, so as long as someone isn’t looking at it from both sides or measuring the height of the stripe I should be ok, I think it may have been repainted or touched up on the factory scheme on 1 point. Here is 1 I found with the exact scheme and there’s another I saw pictures of with the tall stand up sleeper in CO for sale once.CAXPT, ElmerFudpucker, Kyle G. and 13 others Thank this.
