Yeah, that SAFER report on this one is pretty bad for having only 3 drivers. From the cargo listed that they carry, looks like flatbed. Am I right? It is possible he's nearly bankrupt, but that doesn't excuse him from holding your final check without reason. Did he give you a reason? Also, were you fired or did you quit? And why? Is he a local company? Regional or full OTR? Is he 100% dependent on the spot market? Are there other drivers to fill all 3 listed rigs? If so, what do they say?

Usually when I think about “Rad” the first thing that comes to mind is “Radiation” and something (like this company) may be too “hot” and I wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole!
Better break out the lead suits and Geiger counters!!!
