Sunday funday !!

 

Mine was hauling into a ADM plant that I normally refuse to. Don't worry, I didn't end things. But I'd rather have straw shoved under my finger nails than haul to ADM, especially on a Sunday.

 

Ya know, in a way it doesn’t surprise me. These engineers are making the computer systems so complicated that they can’t even fix them themselves when something goes haywire. This winter while I was on the road, my dad called one night and told me that the lights on the combine were on. Well, that’s pretty odd. Combine been parked for 2 months. Told him to check the light switch and make sure the key was removed. Yep, it was. This summer I called John Deere to check the computer boards. Yep, mice chewed into one of the board boxes and pee’d on 2 computer boards. Instantly ruining and shorting out 3 boards. 2 boards were $1500 each and one was $3000. Put’em in. What else you gonna do. Things still weren’t working properly after all the new boards were installed. After the technician chased his tail around for almost 2 weeks, they finally figured out that John Deere sent out faulty brand new, not reman, computer boards.

 

Slammedenuff car show, probably be better off having that show in Memphis or Miami.
