And a lot of the old age truckers owned their truck, whether a KW/Pete on the western runs of a Mack/ IH/ Freightliner Midwest to east.
They worked and saved to get enough down to be able to run and make their payments. In my life, I can not recall any O/O, from a K8 IH dump truck to an Emeryville ever being repoed. It might not be shined, but ot had clean lines, well equipped, and was top notch maintained.
Not now, the buy now, drive, pay some later.....

 

No crunch will ever hit the spot market. It sees more growth in the number of carriers and drivers than freight. Remember when they said CARB, elogs and drug clearinghouse was going to cause rates to go up lol

 

Hey, I'm happy. Now some of us can get a job and not compete with "them" on lower wages.

 

Well, the 1st wave of non-domiciled CDL revocations is here. Just saw this on Facebook. This Ukranian person said her Employment Authorization Document was good until next year. South Carolina DMV downgraded her CDL to a regular driver license today.

 

believe it or not, there is some punjabi's out in cali that have some large rides . But they are guys that have been in this country forever and take alot of pride in what they do.. if only they could teach the rest of their people how to do the same
