I guess you overlooked where I said that is how it was said to me. I know what the receipt reads. I know what the mechanic told me as well.

Again, this provides some light to a person that is experiencing the same symptoms.

Lol. One thing for certain is my problem is resolved. If "jumped a tooth" is a figure of speech then it is what it is. I paid CAT to resolve the issue and they did.

I'm happy with the result of putting it in the shop.

But you posted the receipt and doesn’t reflect it jumping a tooth. No offense man but you keep changing your story and now you saying the mechanic told you. I think a trial should be held. We need to get to the bottom of this tooth jumping ASAP

 

You didn't read my statement in its entirety. Read all of them. My story hasn't changed. I've made amendments to it correcting myself.

I was just reading through this post myself since I actually posted here several years ago. Looks like the original poster got his freeby info and bailed. This is why it is so important for people to write back on what they found or what fixed the problem so we all learn and benefit from this great and free resource.
