Did you try AN Webber? Reviews really don't mean much, as its all about what a driver puts into their journey. Maybe try Spirit Truck Lines, Forza, Erives Transportation

No, I didn't. That $0.58 CPM figure was including the bonus. The company drivers at FCC are not making 6 figures per year. Very few truckload OTR guys on W2's are.
Yeah, you have to do the math and not just go off the job ads. Apply for FCC or any of the other companies mentioned and then do the math rather than listening to what they say. The math doesn't lie. You're not getting six figures making anywhere in the 50's CPM range.
Unfortunately though they're (and 99% of all OTR companies) are not going to give you your starting CPM rate until you've already gone through the whole drawn out process with them, instead of an hourly job or LTL linehaul job where they are clear and up front about the pay before you even apply. So it's like pulling teeth with these OTR companies to even figure out what your realistic pay can look like.Goody3635, JenniferOTR, tscottme and 1 other person Thank this. -
That last part is a bs thing companies do. And companies wonder why drivers won’t trust them. Well being up front and honest goes a long way.BeHereNow97 and JenniferOTR Thank this.

FCC isn't an option with the camera. Its such a controlling thing while i understand they benefit for insurance purposes the whole micromanaging thing is not for me and its bad enough giving up all your time on the road without giving up your right to privacy. I wondered about LTL jobs. Can you give me the pros and cons? What do you do for work if you don't mind me asking.

I drove for a company with front facing cameras for 6 years 6 months. The micromanaging didn't become egregious until I transferred from the YKK AP account to the Target account. Target never called me in the office for driving distracted because I knew how to drive without being on a mobile device, but they did micromanage in other ways. I decided that they weren't paying enough for me to put up with constant revisions in the company's policies. I don't have an aversion towards complying, but the FMs at the Target account would constantly have us add trivial tasks to our routines, yet we received the same .57 cent a mile. The company that I'm currently working for pays the biggest checks I've ever received in my 11 year career. I'm glad I made the switchLast edited: Oct 8, 2025

Who did you switch to? Is it a secret lol. And do they also have inside facing cameras? I don't have problem with outward facing cameras
-
They don't have inward facing camera. They gave me a 2026 Peterbilt equipped w/ a TV, Microwave and Refrigerator. It's not that big of a secret. It's refrigerated team driving, so you'd have to come with someone you trust. Pay most weeks for me is 2500+. With last performance month's bonus added in, this check totaled up to 3600
